Maintenance

  • If experiencing an after-hours maintenance emergency i.e. uncontrollable water leak, no heat when less than 50 degrees outside, no air when more than 80 degrees outside, lock-out, and/or other similar matters, call 262.977.7600, select 3 and then 2 for assistance.
  • Our maintenance department performs preventive maintenance on an on-going basis.
    • This includes the replacement of air and water filters, smoke detector batteries, appliance checks and community alarm testing—both in and outside the unit.
    • Proper notice will be distributed in preparation for such maintenance and all dogs must be crated when maintenance is scheduled to
               perform these tasks.
  • As previously stated, all appliances are electric with the exception of your furnace, which is gas-powered.
  • All washing machines are “High Efficiency” and require “HE” detergent.
  • Should you ever experience any trouble with your appliances, please contact the leasing office.
  • A/C units should never be run when the outdoor temperature is less than 50 degrees.
  • Please be sure to always have your heat running during frigid temperatures—even when traveling.
  • During frigid temperatures, it is recommended that water be run throughout the apartment, on and off—to prevent any freezing.
  • To submit a general maintenance request, you may do so via your resident portal, e-mail and/or phone.
