Communication

    • The ability to receive our communication is very important, especially when urgent.
    • To assure you are receiving all community updates and notices, be sure to OPT IN to receive e-mails and text messages from our team.
    • To do so, log-in to your resident portal, select ‘profile’ (person icon), and select ‘yes’ to subscribe to ‘email notifications’ and ‘text notifications’, under the user settings.
    • Often times, you’ll receive direct and/or community-wide e-mails sent by our team, from Rent CafĂ©.
    • Such e-mails may include invites to resident events, notices regarding entry, maintenance, rent payment, emergency announcements, etc.
    • It is important that you review these e-mails and respond as needed.
    • Please note that though we always strive to hand-deliver notices, e-mail should be the relied form of communication concerning community updates, notices, etc.
    • We may also text you for more informal matters i.e. notice that maintenance is on their way to address a work order, a package has been received, dry-cleaning has been returned, etc.
